Can you like park it in the middle of a neighborhood, and if you do, do the cops come after you/does the plane explode (you know when there is an explosion, the cops come *vice city* ).

Also, are there hookers and how do they interact with the people/the main character of the game?

The plane will explode if you crash it or it ends upside down after an unco attempt at landing it. The cops only come after you in any GTA game if you cause the explosion, not it you crash and your car/plane blows up accidently.

Hookers are the same as before, you beep and they come to your car, except this time you use the D-Pad to tell them if you are interested or not.

I have finished all the single player missions, I will be doing all the other extra stuff over the next few weeks. Samual L Jackson does an excellent voice acting job as the corrupt cop.

It's an excellent game, definatley in the top 3 of my favourite all time games.

I'm still playing it after what, more than a week (edit- almost two weeks!)? It has the value most games today don't have.

I was wondering. How about the problems you have with this game ??
Personally, I was addicted to GTA 3 on my PC. So the reason that made me play Vice City so little, and still bothers me, is the map. Compared to the PC it is SOOO damn small, you can't see shit and it's frustrating as hell. Not to mention the super annoying fact of having to go to the beggining to restart a mission. Other than that, it's all good. Pretty much the same problems with four. Except in 4 there was the taxi service.
Is it just me or is driving much better ?

Wait, what's #4? They didn't come out with 4 yet.

I don't really have problems with the game, just that I hear if I get the CD scratched I'm pretty much screwed since there's so much information in it. I hate when cars switch lanes real fast also, while in the middle of a mission.

I made a small site, not meant to be fancy or anything, just to do it's job. Maps on things on where stuff is in San Andreas, plus other stuff (charts coming soon), right here: http://www.bluegoop.net/alias/gtasa.html It'll be like a mini strategy guide.

Hmmm, GTA (First game, 2D)
GTA: 2 (Second, 2D)
GTA: 3 (First 3D game)
GTA: 4 (Vice City)
GTA: 5 (San Andreas)
I believe parts 4 and 5 didn't have the number in the official name.

Yeah, sometimes when going too fast things tend to pop up too. That's not a really big problem though. I couldn't help notice the lack of those slow motion jumps. I found a good one though, a little north closer to the woods where you do a jump over a bridge that's raised. You get 500 bucks a jump!

I got GTA 2 and GTA 4 :x (based on skandalouz's chart)

3D is better

Obviously
But in GTA 2, you had invincibility where the cops cant do shit, you cant die, but if your in a car and it explodes while you are inside it, then you die. I want that type of cheat in San Andreas, or Vice City/upcoming GTA titles.

You forgot London. Still, there is only a GTA, GTA2, and GTA3 as far as numbers go. The others are just known as GTA London 1969, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas.

All GTA titles rock. I think its this whole reality thing mixed with the driving and the killing/shooting. Its like a million things in one package.

I got an idea for another Gta title...you have the ability to do normal jobs (like bus driver, or shop assistant) and you have a home, and you get to buy cool stuff and decorate your home, and a garage, like real life. Kinda like the sims, only more interactive.

that would completely kill the game.

the point of the game is to go around killing people and stealing and doing all around bad things.
