Whenever I see "Nintendo" Pokemon pops out of my mind, for me Pokemon still is the best game created by Nintendo.

I 100% agree with you, calvindale! Pokemon is unlike any other game out there, and that series is by far my favorite series of all time!

I loved Pokemon; I played it with my son. The game was awesome;and very enjoyable. We would sit in front of the TV for hours.

^^ Liar, there are no noteworthy pogeyman games on the consoles.

I kinda stopped playing Pokemon after Silver, and I still consider that to be the greatest Pokemon game created. Spending all those hours in Johto, and the Professor ups and says "Go to Kanto."

I nearly cried.

For years I was addicted to Pokemon. Naturally I could recite all 150 by name in order but couldn't remember chronological events for history class. >:\ Once they started getting away from the original, I lost interest...

Prior to that, Pokemon Blue, Silver, Yellow, and... oh god, what's that other one? With the sparkly clear purple-ish case? Whatever, they were all the same game in different coloured boxes... what a waste of money. =P

I can't believe that as long as I have been playing Nintendo that I have still never played Pokemon. I guess I will check it out now. Which would be the best one ?

LeafGreen is a brilliant remake of the original, and Diamond is simply one of the best. I do recommend getting a game from the original RBY or GSC series.
