I'd make him fall in a black hole somehow, that way you can either kill him or decide to bring him back to life if needed one day!
Otherwise you still have the option to get him transformed into some sort of Mario vilain....

Lol yes but if I am nintendo I guess they should make a mario movie and in the movie his brother kills him then they dont make any more games or mario lol.
