the new Evanescence sounds like a carbon copy rip of Lacuna Coil.. so you might wanna check that out

Within Temptation has a beatiful female vocalist.. but thier tones vary more than Lacuna Coil as they can rock heavier than L.C. but then get lighter than L.C. its wierd.. I suggest you wing it track by track and you'll see what I mean..

Joydrop is a canadian rock band with a great Female vocalist, but its not as heavy or dark... but still very good..
