Foremost, Splinter Cell is a game that arrives on the PC later in the year. Microsoft owns the rigths of SC, and thus, it can be converted on a PC version. Ubi Soft has announced that the PC version of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell has been pushed back from its original release of late January to mid February.
