We went on this trip with a class for school where it was like a survival type thing for 4 days on an island, and there was all sorts of rope climbing and sailing and heights- I wasn't too scared... There was one kid that was scared, but when we dropped him from 60 feet up on a giant bungee swing, he turned around- lol.
