It is not possible to "give yourself" a different Internet Provider address. The address is permanent on the computer you are using, and the only way for an individual to get a different one would be to access the Internet in a different location. IP addresses are unique and diverse among every single person who attempts Internet with the computer, but surely there is no way to change your original IP address on the same computer.
