Very simple. I start out by giving two things.

"X-Box or Gamecube"

The next person answers and says their preference.

"Gamecube" then they give another one

"Pizza or Macaroni"

the next one says their preference, in my case "Pizza" and does another one.. and so on! (it can be on ANY topic)
