Well.......
When RareWare was in relations with Nintendo, they were known to make great and excellent AAA quality titles for the Nintendo 64. However, one disadvantage that clearly separated them from others was the huge use of delaying, revising, and slowly but surely developing their games. Nintendo, fortunately, was patient enough to actually wait a year (or even a 1 1/2 years) before it was released to the world. Many other magazines and media did complain, in fact, that RareWare produced games to slowly. Now that Rare has swicthed ties with Micorosoft as a 2nd Party Developer, I'm still guessing all of the titles will be produced on XBOx, HOWEVER at a very slow pace. I think the reason Micorosoft even began to decide buying out Rare because they knew it would be a great advanatage to have them if their productions slowed; Rare's games would increase XBox sales, games slaes, and their userbase would look much more improved in general. I still don't believe though that Micorosoft is going to have enough patience for these games to be developed. About 9 times out of 10, a RareWare WILL MOST LIKELY be delayed to a further reelase date for other reasons. I'm almost positive Microsoft will have a hard time WAITING and WAITING for Rare's AAA games to be published, as to Nintendo, which were a tad more lenient and realized the company's potential. That's why it's so remarkable why people think that Rare will actually create 3-5 games on XBox in the next two years: I'm about 90% sure that they will hardly reach that level. They are known to polish a title until it's to the maximum graphical ability, and I believe Micorsoft will NEED Rare to publsih games when the XBox sales are lower than average. If Rare doesn't buckle down and start creating games for XBox, they might switch back; if Mr. Bill Gates needs one of Rare's great titles to be produced in, say, the next two months, it's probably not going to happen........:halo: :mario:
