Most of my room's fairly tidy... I'll usually have at least one lot of clothes (usually from the day before) on the ground and my desk has piles of **** all over it. Besides that it's alright.
I don't really spend much time in there besides sleeping (which I don't do too often anyway) so I don't really care what condition its in and my parents have given up trying to get me to clean it.
