1) At the top of the page, go to User CP --> Edit Profile and then scroll down. You will see color, border and background. You will have to buy them from Store.
Edit: Sorry, my bad. You cant do that. You will have to buy them from the Store.
2) Go to User CP --> Edit Profile and scroll down to the field "Signature".
3) Go to User CP --> Edit Option and scroll down and click on "Change Avatar".
For each post you make, you get 5 goops. You can buy many stuffs for goops in the store. Dont forget to check out the store. YOu can go there by clicking on the "Store" button on top and bottom of the page.
