I thought not, but that was the only useable ganondorf pic, so I had to put in something else. Oh well. Maybe I'll make a buu one now. Okay, fine Cheat_Master. The way I do it I learned from PSP7, and it does not have that option. I still use the same method in photoshop though, I prefer it. Okay, what you do it type in the word you want... etc. Then choose filters->blur->gaussian blur. Set the radius from anywhere between 5 and 9 (I use 6).then, type the word again, and move it over the blurred word. Done. Also, to intensify the glow, You can copy + paste the blurred word over itself however many times you like.
