ok..this is not how we hire people. We keep track of the users. We note what good things they do, what bad things they do. When we need a moderator, We simply look at the list and pick the best man. Offcourse, that man has to be someone that can handle fanboys, all kind of flame wars and with some common sense. So, act good, someday, you will be one.
