Post bugs so that we can fix them.

Current bugs:

- Previous members avatars where reset... you must login and access CP to regian avatar.

- Mod's border colors over 2PX for borders will overlap into titles

- Some pictures will no load when using classic "bluegoop.net" theme.

NEW BUGS

- Mods cannot change colors

- demodded mods still have colors

- us admins cannot edit users there is an error with some file in server
