Some of the songs on Aphex Twin's Drukqs are pretty fast. Dieselboy (or is it Deiselboy?) is kinda fast, ummmm, Deltron 3030 has some pretty good stuff, but its more rap than anything. Paul Oakenfold has some really nice stuff.... P.O.D isn't techno.
