I have argued this point with so many on other boards.

I agree that the DP should be enforced under certain conditions.

The only time I think someone should be put on DR is if they are found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt that they killed someone.

Such as this mohammad idiot.

I say kill him and put the kid in jail for life.

I also do think the US Gov needs to come up with less expensive ways to carry out the DP. It costs more to put someone on DR then it does to put them in jail for life. :confused:
