I had this friend who had a bad encounter inside the men's room. While he was whizzing, there was this big and tall guy who occupied the urinal next to him. While they were doing their business, the tall guy kept peaking on my friend's penis and also made it obvious that he didn't care if he was caught peaking. My friend was really fuming and decided to just hurry up and he rushed outside. He shared that experience to us and said, "There should be a law that allows you to beat up somebody who does that to you." What do you think? Should there be? What would you have done?
