You're doing it again, but this time you're repeating what I say.

Has Villepin come up with any solid ideas on how they'll gauge how integrated someone is into French society? I don't think so. Is he just saying what he can to seem firm so he can help his future presidential campaign? Yes.

Immigrants in any country can have children, and their children are, generally speaking, automatically citizens of that country, but that doesn't mean they are integrated into the society, there's more to it than that.

I only mention language since you brought it up as an example of how these immigrants don't assimilate. It's also one of the points mentioned in the articles you just linked to (language skills required for citizenship). I'm the one that said they do speak French so it was not a relevant issue right now. This all seems very clear to me (and probably anyone else for that matter) from these posts. You even "suggest that it is because they haven't become part of French society yet." That right there shocked me since it's such an obvious point that we're all discussing, why do you even have to suggest it? We all know that's the problem, don't we? Comments like those are the reasons why I say that you just don't get it. I'm sorry.
As for the "attacks," some of it is just good old internet forum ribbing, some of it is not meant to be offensive at all. The Nostradamus comment, you deserved since you tried to come off like you are of the same level of knowledge as the PM of France. That was plain to see. The conservative comment was not meant to be offensive at all (but it's interesting that you take it so). I know you are a Bush supporter from our discussions in the past and comments similar to yours really could be seen in many conservative blogs. As for the "getting" it comment, you're being susceptible, perhaps because you know you aren't knowledgeable on this specific matter. Please do not try to turn it around and tell me I have no arguments, when I'm the one giving real life facts/examples of France's immigrant problems while you only give some top down view that could be read anywhere on the web. In the last post, you are also just repeating what I've been saying all along.
Oh, and I’m sorry if my posts are immature, mean, and bothers some of you. I prefer spirited discussions and tend to call people when I think they are bluffing, sort of speak. Go to salon.com, and see the discussions there. They are smart people there and do not hold back. In any case, don't worry because as you can see I don't post here that often. I hope that at least someone learned a little something.
