Kudos to King Abdullah
Recently Jordan's King Abdullah communicated to his Prime Minister that it is time for Jordan to fully oppose the ideology of killing those that are considered to be infidels. Part of this is opposing any militant groups that practice such an ideology (Hamas, Hezbollah and Al-Qaeda come to mind).
This, of course is in reaction to the November 9th bombings of hotels in Jordan. I suspect much of this is because it is finally hitting home that Al-Qaeda isn't looking out for the average Muslim. They aren't about Islam, they are about power and terror, and if declaring a Muslim to be an infidel gets it for them, they'll do it. Still, it is a strong move for a Islamic nation to oppose militant Islamic groups that target civilians.
