Just get the stable version of bittornado. It's simple, easy and doesn't throw many options in your face. So that means you just need to start the torrent. But don't get the new version, it sucks. Get T-0.3.7
Another thing, it doesn't slow down your PC.
Leave the download on for a while then adjust according to your internet speed. Increase max uploads instead of the rate when your speed is "a little slow". Also, if a torrent has many files, you can choose which to download. That's all I need.
That should help, if you ever use the program. If you don't it's your loss.
