Yups, that's me with the essays. And now to make a short story long... It's
funny as way back in high school and then later in my first year of college
I only failed two courses. They were "keyboarding" (which was typing though
it was done on real typewriters then) and for the life of me I simply
couldn't type even if I looked at the keyboard. In the 15 years since I've
managed to get it to the point where Gabe's Typometer tells me I max out at
about 120 WPM and have a 97% accuracy rating. So, when I do type, I tend to
type everything I can think of as it only takes me a few moments to make a
post. I can see why someone might think that these are essays but, really,
they're pretty short compared to a number of the things I've sent. I make it
a point to say what I mean in a manner that hopefully doesn't lead to
confusion and is easy enough to understand. I don't think they quite qualify
for essay category but I'll take that as a compliment. I'd hate to think
that people needed to ask me another question when I could have included all
the pertinent information the first time and saved them time and effort of
having to make another post.
<g> I still think Zork was the greatest game ever. Followed by Fallout 2
which I think everyone should play assuming they're not bothered by vulgar
language and bloody scenes. It's an absolute riot to play.
