a lot of cookies these days are time/date dependant..so firstly check the
date and time are correct on the computer
if not then some third party program could be blocking the cookie associated
with yr passport for the session
have you installed or are you running any cookie blocking programes.. such
as Norton Internet Security?
you could try adjusting yr Privacy setting..
open Internet Options - click on the "Privacy" tab and move the slider there
to Medium.. then click "Apply" and "Ok"
also..try configuring yr browser to allow all cookies from zone and
passport..
open control panel - internet options - and select the "privacy" tab
select "edit" on "web site" or "sites" section and add
www.zone.com and
www.passport.com .. apply the changes and then log out of zone and close all
browser windows
open internet options again via control panel, and clear temporary internet
files and cookies...reboot yr computer and then log back into the zone and
try again..
