Don't put it as attachment. Read the directions more carefully.

Go to desktop. Print Screen.
Open up Paint. Paste. Then Save.
Go to http://imageshack.us
Click Upload.
Find the picture you just saved.
UPLOAD
Copy the link that says thumbnail.
Paste that here.
