You're terrible at math. There are about 300,000,000 US citizens. 600,000,000,000 / 300,000,000, if you cancel out the 0's first, = 6,000 / 3 = $2000 per citizen. $2k, not $30k.

I'm not saying that there isn't a problem, I'm just saying that if you post information, try to make sure that the percent error of your information is less than 1400%.
