And yes, some countries did act unilateraly during Iraq conflict... they were in the "coalition of the willing" (idiotic term to begin with, shows nothing but which countries would suck up to US and would ignore their own ppl just for that).

At first, I was shocked. Then, I realized who I was debating with. Let me post YOUR definition again for you:
"A tendency of nations to conduct their foreign affairs

minimal consultation and involvement with other nations, even their allies."
I've bolded the important parts of the definition.
Ahhh, forget it. Let's go back to the easiest maxim: US=Bad, Europe=Good. Meanwhile, Europe can continue to pretend to be important, and the US will continue to make a difference. At least, with my new knowledge, I can see your perpetual tantrums for the farce that they are.
