I don't get it but I do think that corruption is an interesting subject. Can you give your definition of corruption? At the moment i think that a dictator selling oil drilling rights to a company that pays him personally the most would not fall under your description of corruption, because it is expected ... But I don't think that is what you mean.

To the last part: if money is given in advance instead of a contract does that count? and if the contract is verbal?
