Contrary to the black man promoted by democracy, condoleeza rice is a pure product of the democratic us. One should never forget that collin powell is a first generation jamaican immigrant descendant with all that means in the democratic us: children are brought up within the cultural background of their parents and collin powell was raised into a none us cultural background.

Born in alabama, (some would say in the most racist state in the democratic us as this meant something...), rice should have been considered a much better example of the promotion inside the democratic us. A self made woman who aimed to get useful to her country by her knowledge of the former life enemy, the ussr, she managed to get familiar with the president.
Despite of all of those achievements, she doesnt have the use as the black man promoted by democracy: she doesnt enjoy that credit that would allow her to dig thorny issues by the simple explanation ' she is a black woman born in alabama, she made it to the top in the democratic us, then she is a good person and what she says must be true' like collin powell did enjoy.
Her addition will be very interesting because she is a pure product of the democratic school of thoughts. She believes in that democracy is civilisation and not merely a civilisation, she believes that outside democracy there is no hope for the wanderers.
