Let's try to remain serious on this one. Why do you think Bush won? Was it a particular issue? Is it attributable to Bush? Kerry? The American people? Some outside influence (Osama, Europe, etc.)?

Also, any comment on why the run-up to the election was so close - yet the victory so definite? For the first time in 16 years we have a candidate that not only won the majority of the popular vote, but over 50% of the popular vote. Not even Clinton did that. Yet the polls before the election came out neck and neck.
