Ok I am new here and i just wantet to now if any one of had any problem with the support of Sony .I have bought the Cyber-shotŪ Digital Camera
DSC-T1 from sony in 4 months time it dident work with the buttery onli on wiht the charger i send it to them and they sed to me that they found a llitle bit of rust and the warranty dose not comply with that sort of problem.So i sed to them how much do you want to fix it and they sed $533
if you go and check the price now is $499.95 and in euros is 400 .And its not only that when i sed to them ok i dont want to fix send it back to me they sed you have to pay $53 dolars to get back .I hade a motorala mobile fone and it was having problems i sen it back to motoral and they send me brand new one free of charge
.Tell me your opion about that.
