GTA 4 ?? IT IS PART 5, it's just not called that.
Anyways, same engine or not, it is WAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than 4, let alone 3. Go to www.kikizo.com in the main page choose the GTA:SA preview or whatever. Read and look. You'll know how much the graphics imporved.
