There were different proposals after the second world war to provide the Jews their own country. One of them was e.g. to send them all to Madagascar!
But since the end of the 19th century Jews already started to go back to Palestina. Most of them were coming from eastern Europe where mass murders were usual and encouraged by the governments.
Now the UN commited one of its first big stupidities in 1947 by creating the state of Israel. I mean: if you have a look at the 1947 map such as designed by the UN, you will see that this country was made of enclaves in Palestinian territory.
Don't forget that Palestians were living there for centuries.
Who's fault is it?
1. The Romans - back to the year 70.
2. Europeans who murdered and banned Jews during almost 20 centuries.
3. Too many people not enough room.
4. Religion at both sides.

Is there any solution?

I don't think so.
