Yeah, it was an old artillery shell that the US saw as such an "imminent threat", didnīt you know? I can just see it now, Saddam ordering his troops to travel all the way to the US carrying a Howitzer in the trunk of the car, just to be able to fire it at US territory, yes sir!!
Or they could just travel to Mexico, and either fire it from there or use a "wetback" to act as a pack mule for it...
Using hot air ballons like the japanese did in WWII would be WAY easier, though.
Really high tech stuff, the troops in charge would have to pour and mix the chemicals into the shell using a funil...Great stuff!! State of the art stuff!!
