Thanks. I had tracked the pictures back to Newsru.com and then to Associated Press, but i failed to find the video in question. Thanks for pointing it out.
The camara man of that video is amongst the dead. So is the man showed playing the keyboard. And the aftermath pictures of the site show bright cloths and fragments of a musical instrument. It has to either be the real thing or a very good coincidence. And i donŽt trust coincidences.
If the video is genuine, it also proves a few other things.
First, the existence of children of the site;
Also, the existence of several vehicles, from family members from Iraq and across the border, wich would explain the syrian passports. The village site is very close to the border itself.
And if a marriage really existed, it also explains the money, as a present for the bride. I believe its called endowery, or something. And since Iraq has been a warzone for 2 decades, it is easy to explain the existence of weapons.
So it seems that the marriage theory is holding up.
PS:It should be fairly easy to match those faces on the video with the ones of the dead. Assuming someone is trying, of course. The burden of proof rests now on the shoulders of the US, and they sure have the manpower to investigate it, if they want to get to the truth. If not, they can sweap it under the rug as always, and weŽll be none the wiser.
