Okay. Then, since I can't stand it when someone runs their fingernails down a chalkboard, whenever someone does that with me in earshot, they are guilty of torture?
Since I can't stand to hear unreasonable, uninformed people spout nonsense, I could report SwamP-ThinG to the authorities and they'll arrest him for torture?
Both of these acts cause me severe pain AND suffering.
