Besides, you can´t just say "i want". Everybody wants. Wether you get it or not is a diferent story. You might want a pretty girl, but she might not want YOU. Make sense, dude.

As for the dentist, you are forgeting one of the principals of comunism:
There aren´t any salaries, there is no paycheck in the mail at the end of the month. In a comunist world, everybody does their share for the common good. The baker makes bread for everybody, the textile factory makes cloths for everyone, the dentist takes care of everybody´s teeth, the doctor takes care of the sick, the engineer makes houses for everybody. His payment is free food, free cloths, free everything. Everybody produces something someone else needs, and they exchange the product of their work with others. Money is unexistent. Nothing is bought, nothing is sold, everything is shared.
