Why did Cheney have to appear with him, anyway? Isn't that sort of contrary to this "Continuity of Government" thing? This new security policy of always splitting the two up geographically, in case one gets attacked and killed? A terrorist could have taken them both out at once.
Does Bush really need to have somebody [that can actually speak intelligently] next to him constantly? Is he that afraid of being caught in any "unscripted" environment alone?
