There were prisoners with wires attached to their genitals, and this genius just says that he "had never been told how to deal with prisoners, or what lines should not be crossed."

If someone don't know without someone telling him if it's okay to attach wires to a prisoner's genitals when you're guarding him, then that someone must be one of the dumbest people on earth. And that someone gets even more extra credit for stupidity if it's that someone's real life job to guard prisoners....

Interesting to see what comes out of this. Will they get real punishments, or will the case be silently swept under the rug when nobody's interested anymore.
