Islam doesn't promote anti-semitism. There are a few passages that can be interpreted as being anti-semitic if one wants the book to be anti-semitic. The passages shouldn't be taken out of context. The Quran also doesn't demand women to wear burkhas or headscarves, but it is interpreted by some to say so.
