This is what the European media has reported about all along and because the US mainstream media is too biased to show the real situation over there, the people in the US will never understand why there is a rebellion going on. Also to be taken into consideration is the gowing drug problem that has exploded.
I think we would have an uprising ala LA on our hands in the US if you would cut the power for 12 hours every day and do that over a year!
