Dubya and foreign politics. Nuff said. He is a scumbag bastard that deserves to get impeached for his lies over this war, the country should be vacated and power should be returned to the Iraqi people. America will one day learn that it can not force the world to adapt its ideologies (especially when it is the juvenile amongst nations with a history less than 1/16th of what other countries have). As a former Chinese student of mine said when an All American bashed China: "We were lighting gun powder when you still tried to figure out how to build a mud hud".
