No, Chernobyl was never rebuilt. It is in a concrete saphogarus. It will in any near human history not be used for anything as the halflife of the nuklear materials are like 30+ years and it will take a minimum of about 20 times before the radiation levels are acceptable for humans.... The nuclear core will be a shining blob of crap for at least the next 5000 years though....
The only rebuilding that is done is the maintenance on the concrete saphogarus....

This is funny, as the millions that were affected by it, died of increased cancers and other radiation related illnesses were never counted. 30 immidiately is the plant crew, the thousands in the town that died within days I suppose aren't counted as "immidiate".
