Out of rubbel there is only one way... getting better... I have not read or heard anyone state either one of those comments and considering that there is no data from the former Iraq to show at what levels the economy was functioning as the UN imposed embargos still stood, I can make the claim but will definately have issues backing it up.
Has the NY Times reported on the thriving drug market and other issues new to that country since it was "liberated"???
