2. He could've forseen that they would've figured out that he did get a blowjob. IMO lieing about it was retarded. As I said, if he had just admitted it, by saying "yes, I had sexual interactions with Monica Lewinsky" or however he wants to phrase it, no one would've really cared all that much.
