Well, in the Border Color space, you would put in whatever hex code you want, and add how many pixels, and the style. Here's an example:
1px solid #000000

That makes a 1 pixel black border. The styles of border, instead of solid, are:
None
Solid
Double
Groove
Ridge
Dotted
Dashed
Outset
Inset

I think that's all. I'm using outset.
