I used to just take a trip around the mall and buy whatever I thought certain people would like, but I found out that isn't very cost effective. So this year I have a budget, and I've managed to stay within it, in fact 30 bucks under. Did your parents used to give you cash for Christmas shopping? Mine did, but my mom told me this year that she wouldn't, which sucks since I don't have a job. Fortunately I have a $200 check left from some volunteer work I did, and like I said, I made it work.
