Jushiko when you suffer a heart attack it means your heart stops pumping blood. The blood is not going up the aorta and isn't going to the left arm. The brain doesn't get blood and therefor gets no oxygen.

When you lie on your arm it falls asleep, that's because there's no blood in it because your weight pushed it out, or stopped more from coming in. Same thing happens with a heart attack
