No, I'm not aethist. I'm agnostic.
You're certainly trying to be funny or smart or something when you talk about how when you meat you'll think about how much vegetarians are missing out. I'll think of you when I eat some brockoli.
Humans are supposed to eat a balance of vegetation and meat, but people eat far more meat then we were ever supposed to. Also, we're "supposed" to eat meat raw on the animals after we kill it, but we learned to cook. We grew. Then, we learned to get larger game that is really against the laws of nature (We're porbablly supposed to eat things like rabbits and fish) and starting killing cows in masses.
However, as we grow, we learn about the best ways to survive. Red meats, especially, attack your heart and your entire body and cause it to weaken quicker. Finding an alternative to that, that is in fact healthier and just as rich in needed nuetrients, but lower in fats and sugars, is another form of GROWTH. If we all did what "nature intends" we'd be naked running through the forest looking for leaves to keep us warm.

Gun, it's sad if food is THAT important in your life...
