Dieting is overrated and doesn't really work that well unless you do more than eat healty. I eat more than ever before, but I have started running 6 days a week most weeks. I also still eat all the junkfood I ate before, but I still have taken off 30 lbs, and thats no small task. Whatever you do though, never pay someone to give you a diet plan unless your doctor tells you to. They are all basically the same and most leave you really hungry, which isn't good for your health. Exercising will do more than eating small portioned meals and going hungry will ever do. But that is just my opinion, so take it or leave it, but its here if you want it.
