Why in the nine circles of hell would a guy lie to a girl about how many people he's been with!? First off-Girls don't give a shit if you've been with 5 or none, we don't care that much (or at least I don't) just as long as it hasn't been while your with me
and second-it's unsafe, if you've been with people and you tell your girlfriend you haven't and she has unprotected sex with you (oral or intercourse) you are putting her at risk! Your actually breaking the law, it's illegal to give someone an STD knowingly. Is it really that hard to just go to a clinic and get tested? Really? Think about it all, get an STD don't tell anyone out of embarrassment and become Sterile, or Get tested find out and cure it without anyone knowing....Hmmmmm....
