Here's some comments from an artist (myself)
his left ear (his point of view) looks like it's just hovering there, or partly connected to his jacket thing. Also, his left ear looks like it's just sticking forwards, and by laws of perspective, that looks weird. Try pushing your ears forwards and look in the mirror. Looks f'ed up right? That's how it looks in the pic.
Also, his neck looks goofed up where it meets up with the shoulders. It like encaves in, then goes up. It shouldn't really go like that...
His head looks somewhat too big compared to his body size. Make the neck a bit wider and extend his shoulders out more. I think you made his shoulders end too quickly anyway.
And since his hair seems to be in some kind of wind, his cloak collar thing should be moving in the same direction. You got his right side pretty good, but his left side could be moved over to the our left just a tad.
Ink it, and color it (CG it if you can). and that would look damn sexy ^^


and not to sound cocky, but I could wipe the floor with that picture with most of my drawings ;)
